1929 Hobbies Handbook Note that the 'Lion' was based on the Bowman E101. There are some slight differences between the two models. In later years, the Lion was sold with a green painted metal base; the same profile as the Bowman M101. The Lion was advertised by Hobbies from 1928 to 1939 and the Hercules between 1927 and 1932. __________________________
